Ms. Senior Fashion Pageant INDIA by PEACH EVENT

If you (“the Contestant”) choose to participate, attend, or be involved in the Ms. Senior Fashion Pageant (“the Event”) organized by PEACH EVENT (“Organizer”), the same and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy and the Terms and Conditions (“the Terms”).

Data Privacy

  • The Contestant hereby expressly consents to the collection and processing of their personal information for Event-related or any other purposes whatsoever, including marketing, advertisement, registration, communication and analytics. 
  • The Contestant consents to receive marketing and promotional emails from the Contestant or its employees or assigns or transferees or authorized entities or other third parties authorized by the Organizer. 
  • In the event the Contestant desires to withdraw from receiving any marketing or promotional emails from third parties, the Contestant may send an email to the Organizer in that regard and the Organizer shall comply with such request by intimating the third party about the same within a period of 7 working days. However, the Organizer shall not be liable to the Contestant for any use of the Contestant’s data by any person or entity after such intimation being sent by the Organizer to such third party.
  • If the Contestant has any concern about privacy, please contact the Organizer with a thorough description, and the Organizer will try to resolve it. Privacy Policy is subject to change and the Contestant should check the Organizer’s website frequently to see recent changes.
  • Unless stated otherwise, the Organizer’s current Privacy Policy applies to all information it has about the Contestant. The Contestant stands behind the promises made, however, and will never materially change its policies and practices to make them less protective of Contestant’s information collected in the past without the consent of affected Contestant.
  • The Organizer may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on its behalf. Examples include sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from Contestant lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing payments, transmitting content, scoring, assessing, and providing customer service. These third-party service providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. Further, they must process the personal information in accordance with applicable law.
  • As the Organizer continues to develop its business, it might sell or buy its/other assets or businesses or services, or enter into joint venture or other business arrangements in respect of the same with third parties. In such transactions, Contestant information may be one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy. Also, in the unlikely event that the Organizer or any of its affiliates, or substantially all of their assets are acquired, Contestant information may be one of the transferred assets.
  • Organizer shall release account and other personal information when it believes that release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply its Terms and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Organizer, its users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Data Security

  • The organizers will take reasonable steps to secure the Contestant’s personal data. However, they shall not be liable for data breaches beyond their control.
